Let’s Boldly Go… To #KindnessTrek!

Kindness: the final frontier.

These are the voyages of Random Acts and our supporters. Our timeless mission: to seek out new opportunities to conquer the world with kindness, to boldly go where no Random Acts volunteers have gone before: Creation Entertainment’s 50 Year Mission Tour convention.

Star Trek, in all its incarnations, has always imagined a better future for humanity. From the very beginning, creator Gene Roddenberry and his successors shared with viewers a vision of humanity focused on acceptance, equality and progress, and an Earth without war, poverty, or racism. Here at Random Acts we like to believe we’re helping you build such a world, one act of kindness at a time.

This week we’ll be appearing at Creation Entertainment’s Official Star Trek Convention in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Friday, Aug. 26 through Sunday, Aug. 28. Be sure to stop by and see us in the vendors room!  We will have free swag, drawings for super giveaways and all the information you will need to know and hopefully love Random Acts’ Mission.

Whether or not you’re attending the convention, you can help us celebrate by telling us what you’re doing to build a better world. Perform an act of kindness, big or small, and tweet or Tumbl about it with the hashtag #KindnessTrek. You don’t have to do it in Star Trek cosplay, although… let’s be honest, everything is better with Star Trek cosplay.

We hope to see you there!
